1.
School Tuition fees and Transport fees need to be paid
Quarterly/Monthly in Advance.
All the payments to be done in the School fee counter
or through net banking.

School Diary, ID card, school photograph, Birthday cards,
batches and Skill Development Classes are provided to the
child for which Rs.500/- needs to be paid
for Mont-I to Std-XI as “Annual Fee” along
with the payment of April month’s fees or along with
Admission Fee in the cash counter or through online payment.
Annual Fee of Rs.5,500/- needs to be paid along with April month’s tuition fees for Std-XII which is charged towards Session Charges, Syllabus, Diary, ID Card, Class Photograph, Medical Checkups, Annual Magazine, Exams & Tests and Activities.
For Transport (bus facility) related queries the parents can contact Mr. Pradipta Ku Panda, the transport in-charge. (Contact No. – 9937192394)

After the due date, fee has to be paid with the requisite fine amount as mentioned.

Mode of Payment:
Cash, Card, Net Banking or UPI.
No Cheque will be entertained.
Please do not wait for the reminder to be sent from the
school for payment of Tuition Fee & Transport Fee.
However, a reminder will be sent before the name being
struck off from the Roll Calls.
7.
The Fee Counter will remain open from
8.00 a.m. to 1.30 p.m.
on working days.
Timing may not remain the same during Summer Vacations
and other holidays.

It is mandatory for the parents to keep the payment slip
(Parent’s copy) after payment.
9.
School fee for the month of
February & March 2027
,
will be collected within
15th February 2027.
10.
If any of the last days of payment falls on a Holiday,
the payment due by that date may be remitted on the
succeeding working day without fine charges.
11.
If School Fees are not paid for three consecutive months,
the name of the child get automatically struck off from
the School Roll and if, the transport facility availed,
it will be withdrawn without any notice.
However, the child may be readmitted on following fresh
Admission procedure.
12.
Please note that a fee of
Rs.500/-
will be charged towards the issuance of a Transfer
Certificate (TC) when your child leaves our school.
This fee is applicable to all students who require a TC
for any reason, including:
i) Withdrawal from the school,
ii) Transfer to another school,
iii) Completion of studies.

13.
For the convenience of parents, a
5% concession
on the total tuition fee will be offered to those who pay
the full session fee by
30th April, 2026.
