The St. Xavier’s Group of Schools follows a well-structured and efficient hierarchical system, with the Managing Director at the apex, supported by the Board of Directors responsible for overseeing:

The entire organizational framework is governed by the St. Xavier’s Education and Charitable Trust, a duly constituted and registered body under the Trust Registration Act. The Trust serves as the principal decision-making authority, formulating policies and strategic directions for the Group. These decisions are subsequently implemented and executed through the administrative structure of the Group.
To ensure effective management and expansion, the Trust collaborates with and establishes linkages with various trusts and educational bodies across different states. These affiliated trusts facilitate the establishment, administration, and smooth functioning of the constituent institutions of the Group, namely the St. Xavier’s High Schools operating under their respective jurisdictions.
